Welcome to AHZ JOBS!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://ahzjobs.com (the “Platform” or “Website”), which is a job board and recruitment platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use our Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by AHZ JOBS (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our operations are based in India, and these Terms are governed by the laws of India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of India. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Platform.

2. Services Provided

AHZ JOBS provides an online platform that acts as a venue for:

• Job Seekers to search for, view, and apply for job opportunities (“Jobs”).
• Employers/Recruiters to post, advertise, and manage job vacancies (“Postings”) and search for potential candidates.

We are not an employment agency and are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and job seekers. We are solely a neutral intermediary providing a service to facilitate connections.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login details, and be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Acceptable Use

A. User Content

“User Content” includes all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, job postings, resumes, or other materials you post, upload, or transmit through the Platform.

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant AHZ JOBS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

B. Prohibited Content and Activity

You agree not to use the Platform to post or transmit any content, or engage in any activity, that:

1. Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
3. Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials.
4. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
5. Is designed to generate fraudulent clicks or impressions on advertisements, including Google AdSense ads, or violate any Google Publisher Policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of AHZ JOBS or its suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all its content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AHZ JOBS does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Job Posting, resume, or other User Content.
• That the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
• That job seekers will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHZ JOBS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. The use or the inability to use the Platform.
2. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
3. Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform.

7. Google AdSense Disclaimer

We utilize Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Platform. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to your website or other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You must refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle user data and the use of cookies for advertising and other purposes, including how users may opt-out of personalized advertising.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AHZ JOBS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your posting of any User Content.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (India)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

10. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
