While AHZ JOBS operates in India, the concept of a DMCA Policy is widely adopted globally by platforms that host user-generated content (like a job board hosting resumes and job postings) to handle copyright infringement claims. This is a standard practice to comply with international best practices and limit liability, often referencing the procedures established by the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or a similar local “Notice and Takedown” regime, such as the framework under India’s IT Act, 2000, and the Copyright Rules, 2013.
Copyright Infringement / Takedown Policy (DMCA Notice)
AHZ JOBS respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with all applicable laws concerning copyright. We adhere to the internationally recognized “notice and takedown” principles, consistent with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
This policy outlines the procedure for reporting copyright infringement on our website, https://ahzjobs.com.

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury (or equivalent Indian law declaration), that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
